On the afternoon of Sunday, December 8th, we held our second annual Family Seltzer Party.
The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum was be open for families with children, and their friends. It was an afternoon of family-friendly seltzer-themed activities.
Specifically, for younger children, we offered an event-specific coloring page and egg cream mixing (with child-sized siphons!) For teenagers we offered their own egg cream mixing, a tour of the seltzer factory, seltzer spraying, and a scavenger hunt.
The scavenger hunt, for teens and adults, now comes in a multiple-choice version intended for younger children and an optional mobile version; prizes for the hunt will be provided in the Museum store.
The egg cream and seltzer drinking station was available throughout, as was the TV screen with specially curated seltzer video clips, the chanukah-themed mascot selfie station, the seltzer cornholes, the Seltzer Production Puzzle Challenge and of course all of the exhibits in the Museum.
This was a ticketed event for one-hour-long sessions.
