When is the Museum open?
The Museum is open on limited hours, by ticket only, and is located inside an active seltzer works. CURRENT AVAILABILITY IS MOST FRIDAYS, at 1pm (note: when the 1pm sells outs, a 2:30pm tour slot often becomes available). We are occasionally open for public tours on weekends, announced exclusively through our newsletter.
How much are the admission fees?
Fees: $25 for adults, $15 for children 5-17, under 4 is free.
How do I reserve a Private Group Tour?

Private tours are currently available for groups with a minimum of 12 people or at the cost of $300 (with $25 for each additional guest), up to 50 people. They run for 90 minutes starting at 12:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays, and can be booked from here. We require a minimum of 20 people for a weekend tour. Please contact us for quotes on other times or dates, or weekends.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds after 24-hours of purchase but are happy to offer credits or rescheduling.
Is the Museum handicap accessible?

The Museum is on one floor, with wide spaces, and no staircases or ramps. NOTE: The ADA-compliant bathroom is currently not available due to construction.
