Brooklyn Seltzer Museum Announces Brooklyn SeltzerFest 2025

The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum is bubbling with excitement to announce Brooklyn SeltzerFest 2025, a one-of-a-kind celebration of all things seltzer! Taking place on March 16, 2025, at Industry City in Brooklyn, this lively festival will feature vendors, interactive experiences, celebrity presenters, and thrilling competitions.

Produced by the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum, Brooklyn SeltzerFest 2025 invites attendees to explore the rich traditions, science, and future of this beloved fizzy beverage. The museum itself is housed within the oldest seltzer works in New York City—a fourth-generation, family-run business keeping the craft of seltzer-making alive.

Event Highlights:

🫧 National Egg Cream Invitational
Soda jerks from across the country will compete in the second annual National Egg Cream Invitational, sponsored by Fox’s U-bet. In 2024, the Franklin Fountain from Philadelphia took home the coveted Golden Siphon (watch the video here)—who will claim the title this year? Competing establishments include: Peter Pan Donuts, Hank’s Delicatessen, Egghead’s, Juliana’s, Lexington Candy Shop, Brooklyn Farmacy, S&P Lunch, and Egger’s Ice Cream Parlor.

A panel of renowned judges—including Chef Ari Miller, filmmaker Benny Safdie, candy scientist Ginny Landt, Kelly Fox of the U-bet family, and reigning champion Eric Berley—will crown the winner.
